Will not be buying those again. To the best of my knowledge cupcakes shouldnt fill up the wrappers any more than 23 of the way up. The recipe actually states the baking time between 25-30 minutes.
Since I made smaller cupcakes I thought theyd be done in 20 minutes too. Nope my 1st batch had a few underbaked cupcakes. Hope I dont stir up a hornets nest here.
BUT I made about 70 cupcakes last week only 64 here as we had to have a taster as them came out of the oven warm obviously - well dont we alllol Please tell me what makes the cupcakes cases come off some of the cakes but not othersits a complete mystery to me and I would love everyone elses opinions.
